When getting in your car, you should always walk around the back and give the backup camera lens a swipe with your thumb. See the owner's manual, pg 106. :-)

Maybe it depends where you are. I am in Portland, and the delivery and service here have been outstanding. MS in 2017, MX 5 months ago. Customer service has always been good, and the service center has been as well. That said, it would indeed be lovely if the service were good everywhere.

That may depend on your situation. If you have no internet service at all at your location, you might think it was fantastic. My understanding is that they are focusing on rural remote subscribers for now.

I'm not sure this will work so well. The rear camera is mounted low near the license plate, but the forward facing camera is up high, not so far from where your eyes are.
