The car as taken to Tesla Service Center. They had to replace the Rear Right Inverter and high voltage cables. Insulation is normal now.
The car is working now, waiting to get it back.

Have you done the "HomeLink Retrofit" before the Test? The retrofit button is supposed to enable the module.
You shouldn't need a software reinstall....

Sorry, no known fixed to that. Also, it almost never reads a sign. Since stop sign and traffic lights Autopilot doesn’t work here in Brazil, it’s not a big deal

Do you know if someone in Ukraine was ever successful in solving the map navigation issue, doing something like changing the car map file?

There are two ways to stop it from disengaging:
1) Switch the weight side every 10 minutes
2) Add/Remove extra weight to the same side every 10 minutes
I have been noticing Autopilot disengagement without notice due to weight on wheel since 2022.36 as well.
I noticed that after 12-14 minutes of weight use the car will disengage without notice.

The "missing link" really was finding out that you need that "retrofit" command before the "test". The documentation don't mention that, and we found that out using the toolbox on a "trial and error" basis.
