I guess I'd have to setup a pretty good camera to catch a crack form... It sucks considering the price of the windshield.

I'm going on my 4th windshield on my S and am getting tired of replacing it. Always the same scenario... 1. It's winter 2. Park car for overnight parking 3. Preheat the car 4. Walk out to find a crack. Anyone else experience this? Any thoughts?

Does this fit any other models?

Every time I replace the wiper blade on the X it's $50 bucks! That's for one. Has anyone found an alternative that still has the connection hose and the spray holes in the wiper?

I think the prices have increased on everything parts and service related. I remember when Tesla was a company that wanted to help their customer. If it's happening repeatedly it might be worth getting a second opinion and possibly a different version of that part.

I'm sorry to say that my car has had the entire cooling and heating system (coolant and battery heating related) replaced. I've spent a small used car price on fixing these. Tesla has changed a lot since I bought my first car from them, all in the negative direction though :-(

I did a brake service last summer, but my brakes are now making noise, and the rotors are literally started flaking apart. Tesla wants $4k for brakes (not sure what planet they're on!). Does anyone have any suggestions for types of rotors and pads that won't rust as quickly as the stuff Tesla...

I dismissed it the first time on a 2018 model S, but exactly a year later the same scenario. Both times it happened the same way, start high heat from the app, go out a half hour later and get in the car to find a crack. Both times on the previous use of the car, there was nothing. Not sure...
