Same. Got my car in Nov 2021 and have washed the outside twice, it's due for another. Inside I vacuum and clean about every 2 months and do all the windows pretty often.

Ouch, that looks pretty bad. I can't speak for Tesla specifically, but it's typical for manufacturers to provide unpainted (with primer) replacement parts and the body shop paints them. Good luck with the repairs.

One clarification I'd add is that you can pause, play, skip foward, and skip backwards using the cars screen, and/or the left scroll wheel on the steering wheel.

The hazard lights are activated by a physical button in the middle of the headliner right above the rearview mirror. Are you saying that button didn't work when the screen froze? I'd hope that the real lights (on the outside of the car) would still be blinking even if you wouldn't be able to see...
