Almost finished with the install. Is the red light supposed to always be blinking? The red LED on my control box is blinking while the green light is solid. Is this normal? Seems to be working fine

My car has this service panel, (9/19 build date). I may still take the bumper off though, not sure about routing the strut wires through the taillight holes (leaks and crimping the wire)

I'm quite picky when it comes to floor mats (style vs functionality) and I wanted the 3D Maxpiders for their function but that logo was an eyesore. The new Tesla all weather floor liners are almost perfect but it only covers half of the dead pedal, which I can't imagine why they would design it...

Is this the white wire that is pre-cut at the connector end (into the control box)? If so, do we even need to connect it and why is it even included in the kit?
