    I’ll be posting a response from XCare later that describes exactly what needs to be done. I am extremely unhappy with Tesla’s lack of build quality of earlier M3’s and will expose this later.

    The straps loosened up so there’s a little play in the battery causing the clunking sound. I agree, aren’t they bolted?

    Hi Shawn- Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I'm only using one reader and one card at a time, that's why I'm confused about the warning I'm receiving and the formatting option is grayed out. I'm familiar with the setup procedure and have followed every step but it just won't work with the cards...
