Even at the most extreme setting the passenger can still see and use the screen. It wouldn't be great for Netflix while charging or car camping, but those aren't the most frequent use cases.

Thanks for the details, Matt. People generally don't understand what goes into development, manufacturing, shipping and support. I'm very happy with my mount.

I installed mine over the weekend and absolutely love it. It is definitely more comfortable to use the screen and the angle doesn't prevent the passenger from seeing or using it.
