Looking at the used market (at the current times) if you have an MS with low miles the year doesn't seem to make a difference resale-wise. I took delivery of a 2021 LR two weeks ago and reserved it for 82k in January. Same build today is 98.5...I don't see how you can go wrong...enjoy the car.

They hit me with the firmware deal earlier this week too. I got to see the car and run through the checklist at least, but they need to get this firmware addressed quickly. They never mentioned a cable or anything and by all looks of the car inside out it looks ready to go..was detailed and all.

There is a software issue impacting MS deliveries. I had a delivery scheduled for 11/17 and it was delayed. I drove to the service center and asked to see the car and they obliged. Took care of some of the checklist activities and then received an updated that I could pick up the car on 11/19...

Happiness is delayed. They just called to tell me HQ is making them wait for a firmware update before any MS deliveries...later this week he explained with no firm date..of course. :oops:

Received my vin on 11/3 and on 11/10 received the automated text to schedule delivery. The earliest I could set it for was 11/20, so I went with that. Spoke to my SA via email soon thereafter to confirm the pre refresh order of a discount of 2k would be reflected on the account. She said that...

Seven days later I received the scheduled delivery text and email. I set it for 11/20 and I'm working with my car shop to schedule wheels, full ceramic, PFF, etc...this has been a long time coming!

I can't speak for the Plaid, but yeah the equity is there for the LR. At least if you locked in the pre-refresh price with the additional 2k discount. You may be proving my point here. I'm paying 82k for a black with white interior MS. These cars are all 90+ with 10k miles. What I'm missing with...

That's where I'm at with my 2021 VIN. Not to mention the fact that the car brand new is 15k more today than what I am locked in for makes it a win. I've never purchased a car that appreciated off the lot.

My EDD moved from 10/24 - 11/7 on 10/23. The new EDD has been 11/7 - 11/17 since then. I'm not holding my breath and I'm still driving my kids' cars. Luckily one of them is in boarding school.
