Tesla Annual Shareholder Meeting and Battery Day

Engineers may be unpolished and quirky, but this Tesla Team is charting history, changing our world (for the better), throwing a timely gauntlet down to the ICE industry and spurring engineers across the world to be more innovative, imaginative and barrier-busting. Having spent my career in high...

    Have interior dashes changed geometries?

Thanks, Everyone. I've received my MS and have decided to live with the oak dash for a bit. It's actually a bit nicer than I expected, with nice texture and a fair amount of contrast in the color. I think it may grow on me. Really appreciate all the inputs.

Precious Cargo: Securing bike inside vs. out

Ohhh nooooooo! My husband keeps whispering into my ear the same fear of a on-top rack. We recently made sure all our $$$ bikes were covered under our homeowners insurance policy. I hope you have some coverage too. And thanks for the 1-up reccomendation. I'm familiar with the brand and know they...

    Have interior dashes changed geometries?

@beatle , that is interesting because I asked my Tesla salesperson to follow up with Tesla Service and he reported back that the Dash trim clips have changed on the newer models and old trim won’t fit. Hmmm ...

Precious Cargo: Securing bike inside vs. out

I am an avid cyclist and every vehicle we own has a bike rack, however, I am reluctant to add hardware to the roof of my new MS. I have a custom Ti Seven road bike and a carbon Argon18 gravel bike, which means that a cargo solution would help keep these sweet wheels more secure. I have...

    Have interior dashes changed geometries?

Looking at replacing my wood trim in 2020 Model S. Really like an older trim from 2013-2014 but hesitant to purchase for fear the interior dash specs may have changed. Does anyone have any experience with swapping older trim on a newer MS?

    Cream Interior, Oak Paneling

The seller said the Obeche dash has been parted out from a 2013 MS. I think that’s too far back for my comfort. As for directional lines, J would concur that a horizontal line would be better than vertical. @aesculus , The quarter cut oak Is beautiful. I don’t think the 2020 dash trim is the...

    Cream Interior, Oak Paneling

I like carbon for my bikes, but don’t care for the look for my MS interior. You have a point and since there is not a clear and easy solution I will likely do exactly that; live with it before I take any action.

    Cream Interior, Oak Paneling

I'm crazy about the cream interior and so I ordered it for my white Model S. However, the oak panel/dash/headliner(?) is so 70s I'm wondering what options might be out there. Since the wood has grain, it's not easily wrapped. Any thoughts or experiences in changing wood paneling?

Blog Tesla Cars to Sound Pedestrian Warning With ‘Snake Jazz’

It's not just pedestrians but also cyclists that have trouble hearing EVs. Some sort of approaching sound would be awesome; no microphones, please. Cyclists already get enough vehicle harassment. And before you sound off about crazy cyclists, know that I founded a women's cycling club and...

    Tire inflator Rec?

I went with the FORTEM. I like that it plugs into a 12V, the size and so portable. Thanks, Pluturi!
