Refresh Model X driver door won't fully open

I just had my November 2023 X in the service center for this exact same problem. They replaced parts, but did not fix it. The one that is more open is when I walked past the car. The one that is almost closed is after I walked away. Once it gets in that position it must be manually closed, or...

Vendor Dashboard for Tesla - the better app for your Tesla

SG57, Just an update. It's still forcing logout every 6 hours, requiring me to sign back in manually every 6 hours.

I'm also on Pixel 6 Pro. It signs out every 6 hours and I have to manually sign in. This is with 2 factor authentication on or off. I did a reinstall, which didn't help. The program crashed several times during reinstall and I sent messages to the developer. He responded that he hadn't seen...

2015 Model S Base Audio Package No Sound

Very weird resolution to my problem. I made a call via Bluetooth (I was surprised it worked.) When I hung up, the streaming music was blaring. Apparently the car thought I was still on a previous call??? From a week earlier??? No further problems yet....

    AC issues

For the record, I should have replaced the compressor. It died within 4 months of that visit. I upgraded to MCU2 while they had the car. It was worth it.

2015 Model S Base Audio Package No Sound

I am in the same situation (AP2/MCU2 upgrade) with no audio. I think this started after the last software update (2022.4), and I just assumed it was a bluetooth issue. Today a had time to diagnose and it has no audio, except the ones required for driving (turn signals, alerts, horn, etc.) I...

    Bluetooth Audio Stuck on Loading

I have the same problem with my Pixel 5. It is getting worse and the service center states it my phone and not the car. These problems keep getting worse with MCU1...

    AC issues

The MCU was no the problem for the AC: Update: They diagnosed a bad Thermal Controller Module ($430) and replaced it. (Although they said this was an unusual problem, they had one in stock.) After that was replaced they were getting errors from the Thermal expansion valve ($70) and replaced it...

    AC issues

The problem definitely seems to be fixed now. Plenty of MCU1 reboot issues, but the AC problem is gone.

Update: They diagnosed a bad Thermal Controller Module ($430) and replaced it. (Although they said this was an unusual problem, they had one in stock.) After that was replaced they were getting errors from the Thermal expansion valve ($70) and replaced it. They also said the LH Front Fascia...

To MCU2 or not to MCU2?

I did the HW3 free upgrade last year with MCU1, having paid for FSD in January 2017. I have experienced exponentially more MCU issues since installing HW3. This is not reversible. My eMMC is not at end of life, yet. Last week I was quoted $2000 to upgrade to MCU2.

    AC issues

I have a 2016 AP2/MCU1 car with FSD upgrade. Many weird things have started since the FSD upgrade, including the incredible sluggishness of EVERYTHING. Most recently, as the outside temperature is increasing, the car does not blow cold air from the vents. At the SC last week: "Perform system...

To MCU2 or not to MCU2?

I missed the announcement that Tesla increased the cost of MCU2 for AP2/2.5 models to $2000. Older cars are still $1500. Apparently this just happened this week.

2.2.2 seems to have everything back to normal. Thanks SG57!

I'm noticing the same. Based on the error messages from the Cabin Temperature Protection, I suspect the login is only getting through ~25% of the time, at best. I suspect this is all due to Tesla's updated security measures to access the API. I'm confident sg57 can figure it out. Thanks!
