The only thing that has turned me off to DCU is their ridiculous wait times on the phone and not initially being able to log onto my account. Other than that everything has been fine.

Follow up from previous comment. If I verbally commit to this loan am i on the hook for it, or do i need to sign the agreement? Didn't sound like they would send me the agreement unless i verbally committed.

I sent them my cash MVPA and they were fine with that, doesn't really make sense that you would need a finance MVPA since as far as Tesla is concerned they are getting a cash check for the full amount from you.
