Just a followup: rebooting, connecting to Wi-Fi at home, nothing seemed to help. Ironically, as soon as I scheduled a service appointment in the app, the car regained premium connectivity 🤣 this was about 12 hours after I had renewed it in the app.

I was just about to post the same problem. My 2023 MS premium connectivity had just expired. I renewed it on the app, and the app says I'm good now to 2025. However, the car doesn't acknowledge that I renewed. It still tells me that premium connectivity is unavailable. I tried a double scroll...

Well my constant hum from a circulating pump finally stopped after the software upgrade to 2023.44.30.6 that brought vision park assist. I have to assume it was some kind of software bug since it went away with the patch.

Interesting, originally when I set up a service appt I was told the same thing (before the latest software update). But I couldn't make the appt and cancelled it. Shortly after, I got the update. So far, Park Assist seems to be functioning ok.

I am grateful we got this update, but if we take a step back this really isn't an "upgrade." My 2014 Audi A6 came with parking sensors and was fully functional out of the lot when I purchased it. Here I bought a 2023 MS where functionality was removed due to removal of most sensors. The latest...

That thought had occurred to me too...what if my car came with some weird hardware that isn't in most of the fleet ... sigh. I did a service mode reinstall of software, then when that was completed I did a double scroll wheel reset - still no luck in finding any updates. Still stuck at...

Yes, by "soft" I meant two scroll wheel reboot. By "hard" (perhaps wrong term) I meant Controls - Safety - Power Off - wait 2 min - press brake. When I try to set up a service appt via Tesla App, the app tells me I already have the lateest software and that a service appt is not necessary lol.

Have done "soft" and "hard" reboots, have set to Advanced software updates. No luck.

2023 MS here with HW4, no USS. Still on version 2023.2.301. Still waiting for the promised Park Assist and other Vision features :(

Not sure what version my car came with, but I do remember one update after I took delivery, which gave me 2023.2.301 back in early April. But nothing since then.

Interesting, my version 2023.2.301 is installed in "0% of cars, 0 installs today" ... lol And yet my car says i have the latest software :(
