Well my constant hum from a circulating pump finally stopped after the software upgrade to 2023.44.30.6 that brought vision park assist. I have to assume it was some kind of software bug since it went away with the patch.

Interesting, originally when I set up a service appt I was told the same thing (before the latest software update). But I couldn't make the appt and cancelled it. Shortly after, I got the update. So far, Park Assist seems to be functioning ok.

Yes, by "soft" I meant two scroll wheel reboot. By "hard" (perhaps wrong term) I meant Controls - Safety - Power Off - wait 2 min - press brake. When I try to set up a service appt via Tesla App, the app tells me I already have the lateest software and that a service appt is not necessary lol.

Have done "soft" and "hard" reboots, have set to Advanced software updates. No luck.

As an update, have owned the MS 2023 for about 3 months now. It still loses about 3% range (12 miles) overnight parked in my indoor garage. Energy app still says it is all due to "vehicle standby". Is it normal to lose 3% overnight (12 hrs) parked in a garage where ambient temp is about 70F?

Yes between 40% to 80% it is always there. It is present whether not charging or while charging (AC 240V 32 amp NEMA 14-50 with mobile connector).

Ambient temp in my enclosed garage is about 65-70F. Would you expect coolant pumps to run all night long non-stop? It runs even if the vehicle is powered off (Controls -> Safety -> power off)

Yes, tried both soft reset (holding both scroll wheels) as well as hard reset (power off, wait 5 min, press brake) - both without any change in the phantom drain or hum.
