Hi to all the folks at TMC and thanks for starting and supporting this group. I'm a newbie owner and driver of a Model Y LR Deep Metallic Blue named "Bluenose" as of March 2022 and I'm subscribed to the FSD stack to give it a try.

I'm a retired software engineer, coding both "on the iron" and in C for 27 years so I'm very interested in what makes the Tesla run.

Still discovering things the car can do - I'll be looking for some answers from the community and thanks again.

BTW: The icon is a picture of the Bluenose fishing schooner around early 1920s. It was built in 1921 in Lunenburg Nova Scotia near Halifax. These working cod fishers spent the season on the Grand Banks and then trimmed down to race each other in October each year. The Bluenose beat all comers except one race against the Gertrude L. Thebaud built in Essex MA and run out of Gloucester MA.
