Living in Vancouver we get a lot of rain. I have 19" wheels with snow tires if needed but i'm looking at new tires for my 21" 245/35/21 non staggered. Since most 21" are all summer tires does that mean rain performance is similar? Is there any kind of wet weather rating for them? Anyone got...

i currently have Evannex carbon covers that are great quality, I want to switch it up to black but Evannex doesn’t make them. I gambled and got some $25 one off of EBay. Mistake, they were super thin and low quality, should have known better. Without painting who has found decent ones?
