This truck design had better be a joke....

The cyber truck is amazing! If you're trying to evade 80's Soviet radar.... That's about it

This truck design had better be a joke....

I woke up this morning, checked my facebook feed, and this truck is being absolutely shredded by friends and family back in Texas. And almost all of them don't follow Tesla. That's how bad Tesla screwed up. The negative word of mouth this truck is generating is astonishing. If Tesla doesn't do...

    Mach-E: Ford Mustang Inspired EV

Well. It's a hot looking car, and I'd definitely buy one if it had 6 seats (number 3 kid is on the way. Goal is eventual four kids). It'd be a great commuter/friday night cruiser taking on high school kids haha.

    Mach-E: Ford Mustang Inspired EV

Does anybody see on the leaked website the seat count? I won't lie I'm very impressed with what Ford has pulled off here, but I need a 6 to 7 seat car. If they want to claim Model Y competitor, they need to do better than 5 seats.

    Supercharger - Lubbock (SC), TX

Fellow Red Raider here.. What's the problem getting back? Are you wanting to leave after the game? That's almost a six hour drive to get back to Paris.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica (Minivan) PHEV 30 mile AER

Follow up from over a year later. Late last winter (February) I finally had the time to knock out installing my EVSE. I had it previously installed at our home in New Mexico, but when we moved, the EVSE found itself in the back corner of the garage for the last couple of years while bigger...

Can you plug into a 120V wall outlet while you're in Lubbock? I'm assuming you're going down there for work, so if normal 8 hour work day, that'll get you ~ 40 miles back into the battery before heading home.

Lol I'm from/grew up in Lubbock Texas. Only way you're going to get EV chargers set up there is if you can convince a business owner it'll make them money. Given the amount of pickups and tahoes/suburbans everyone in Lubbock drives, it's not a high possibility to say the least.

New Model Y details from supposed internal documents

If they make the Model Y with third row they have a customer in me. Third kid is on the way, and it's going to be a tight squeeze in my Leaf when number 3 arrives. I've already got the Pacifica Hybrid, so I don't want another. I just need an A to B car, and the Model Y would fit nicely into that...

2017 Chrysler Pacifica (Minivan) PHEV 30 mile AER

Another follow up. Right before we hit the highway, the van had been essentially driving all city for over a month and a half. It was hitting 70 mpg average. That to me is awesomesauce.

Makes about as good of sense as any I can think of. You can charge before hopping on HW 84 if you're road tripping to New Mexico.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica (Minivan) PHEV 30 mile AER

It's been almost all city driving. When I drove the van cross country on I-40 I was in the mid to high 20's for MPG.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica (Minivan) PHEV 30 mile AER

As I suspected a couple of weeks of warm weather, and my MPG numbers passed above 50 MPG for the first time (this is average MPG that's now a few thousand miles). So yeah I'm definitely not complaining. 50 mpg for a full size seven passenger car for $29k? I'll take that any day of the week.

Tesla bids for a new world’s largest Powerpack battery system in Colorado

I guess write to the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and ask them to push Xcel to acquire the system? Not sure how much they can mandate something to a private company, but a little political pressure never hurt a utility. Other than that I'd say call Xcel customer service and tell them if...
