    Tire shop recommendations ?

I've used Crothers Tire in Whitinsville (Crothers Tire :: Whitinsville MA Tires & Auto Repair Shop) for the last 6 years on my Teslas. They've been great. Great prices on the tires, careful on the jack points and inexpensive on the rotations/swaps. May be out of the way for many people but its...

Beware driving in New England with a Enterprise loaner on the Pike!

Right, that would be the reasonable/normal thing to do.

Beware driving in New England with a Enterprise loaner on the Pike!

If you use a transponder in MA for a car thats not listed on your account you can get a ticket. I found that out the hard way a long time ago. Adding the loaner from your mobile phone while you're getting it isnt a good process for a number of reasons. As I said, I have no problem paying the...

Beware driving in New England with a Enterprise loaner on the Pike!

I ran into the exact same thing. The local Enterprise guy on site at Tesla did not tell me to use my own transponder (I told him I drive a lot and would be on the pike a lot and he still didnt mention the toll issue). I opened a support Ticket with Enterprise as they said I should have been told...

Scheduling Service Watertown and Dedham Online is a Mess

Watertown stopped responding to emails for me. So did Dedham. The call wait times are crazy. I scheduled with Dedham and got an apt 3 weeks out. It went in Monday and they haven't gotten to it yet. Even though I got a spot, they had no availability to work on it at that time. Fortunately, I...

Home delivery to NH from Dedham

I live more than 30 miles from delivery (Dedham or Watertown) but in MA. I picked mine up myself and I'd recommend it. I found a number of things on delivery and their process for "documented at delivery" vs not is not good (I've bought 2).

Old TPMS with new Model S

Tire Rack had the ones for the new car. Old/2014 Model S85: New 2018 Model S75D: $242.25 delivered. Will confirm once they're in and installed that they did the trick in case anyone else goes through the same thing.

Old TPMS with new Model S

Thanks for all the responses. Does anyone have links/recommended sensors for current generation (2018 S75D) model? Car did great in the 3-4 inches we have today but it will be like a snowmobile with AWD + my Nokkians once I sort out the TPMS stuff :)

Old TPMS with new Model S

Hi folks, I have a new 2018 Model S75D and Winter Tires/Wheels from my old 2014 Model S. Those have the older TPMS sensors in them that were compatible with the older 2014 Model S. So a few questions: Will those older TPMS sensors work with the new Model S, or do I need to buy new TPMS...

    No front plate?

They're supposed to prove its not temporarily attached.

    No front plate?

I went without for 4 years but now MA requires the inspectors to video and take pictures of the inspection so I couldn't find anyone to pass it now. I attached it cleanly with no drilling with 3 zip ties.

New England Model 3 Configuration Invites

Wait, people live in the middle of the country too? (just kidding). No idea. It sure doesn't seem like its rolling east from CA if there's nobody in the middle with invites. Some existing owners must have been early in line in those states too.

New England Model 3 Configuration Invites

I'm an existing Tesla owner and placed my order 3/31/16 early in the line. Just got my invite to configure/order today. They're promising 4-week delivery timeline. I'm not ordering as I want AWD. So it will likely sit for 6-8 months. Figured people would be interested in the timing etc.
