Not an expert but I have learned that these noises are mostly normal and no reason for concern.

I have my wall charger set to 12am to 6am. So that’s when all the charging happens. If I leave it plugged in outside of those hours no charging occurs but I wonder if the car can still use power for the little things? So that 80% is maintained. Or is the charger schedule acting like a on/off...

I wonder if tessi for your Tesla app has less battery drag.

The watch for Tesla app works great but really cuts down the battery time on my ultra. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I finally found out that its not 24/7 but when I came into the garage just now = no sound , I open the door and there is the buzzing. I heard this same sound in the loner car they gave me. Here is a dropbox link listen here

Great news! - I am curious...if you pull into your garage at night when its quiet outside and you sit in your car. Hear that slight "buzzing" from the center console? It has to be very quiet outside. Buzzing, humming, whirring for a lack of a better word.
