Yes, but only once.

You can put them in service mode (turn off the wipers, then find wiper service mode in the service menu). That will move them to mid-cycle so you can clean where they normally park.

This reminds me of one of my favorite movie lines, from the original "Pirates of the Carribean" movie, from Captain Barbosa. First, he tells one of the characters "I be but a simple pirate, miss...", then, later in the same conversation, he says.....

"I be disinclined to acquiesce to your request..... that means no".

I'm not sure why you think "regular ice car wipers" all have wipers that can be pulled up when at rest...

Interesting All mine and wife’s cars were able to be pulled up. I honestly never thought about it much. Learn something new everyday.
