Hi Alex, thanks for your comment. You were right, there was a problem in some of the queries that could cause that in some users the speed of the web was not optimal, I apologize for that. These queries have been detected and optimized. We have made tests with more than a hundred users and we...

Hi, sorry for the delay. You have to click on "Live mode", then "Start Exhaustive" mode. Teslaspy will poll every 10 seconds, and the info and charts will be updated immediately on the page. Lot of users use this function in the car browser

Hi, teslaspy polls once per minute, and there's an option to adjust the frequency to every 15 seconds. There other MC1 cars on teslaspy, and they can sleep well with the 15 minutes without disturb, but I can add the option to be adjustable jordi

Hi @SilverGS, please check the Sleep Analyzer page to see if your car is sleeping at any time. If not, maybe you start a drive when teslaspy is not fetching data during 15 minutes to let your car sleep. This way the init of a drive or charge can be lost. The 10-15 km battery drain is...

Hi Alex, if your car is in "put to sleep" (this is, teslaspy is no fetching data from your car during 15 minutes to let it sleep), and you init a drive, during this few minutes the init of the drive or charge will be lost. See the attached example graph for my car: If you want to be sure...

Hi, some users requested the availability to export the drives and charges list to an excel or pdf, this option is now active on TeslaSpy. I've added the cost as an individual column, so now also there's an option to sort the drives/charges by cost asc/desc.

Hi Bmac, I've found an issue requesting new token: if tesla's credentials are wrong, in some browsers the "invalid credentials" message was not shown. This bug has been fixed. Please, be sure to enter your valid credentials in order to get a new valid token from tesla. regards jordi
