I went with forged 19" wheels to replace the stock 20's on my M3P and feel it was a win--win proposition. I don't believe aesthetics suffered at all and both ride quality and wheel protection was enhanced. Stock vs after market wheel swap photos....

You are correct, the Instagram account belongs to the individual who was actually driving the Plaid when the incident occurred, not the owner of the car. The driver is an experienced "trackster". ;)
