    Free FSD One Month Trial

I have seen many, many, many posts and Youtubes about people using their free trial FSD on their Teslas. I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and have not received anything yet. Are there other Model S Plaid owners who have gotten their free trial yet? If so, when did you get it?

    Fob Battery Life

As the original poster, I must say that I did a search and did not find any posts on this for the refreshed model s in the whole first page of posts on this forum. I do not consider zero posts as something that was 'covered extensively'. But thanks for replying.

    Fob Battery Life

I bought my Model S Plaid a little over two years ago, and it came with 2 fobs which I use. It seems that every 6 months or so, I get the message on the dash display that my fob battery is low. I usually replace the battery right away, although once I forgot about it and sure enough my fob...

    Notice of FSD Installation

I see that Tesla is giving a one month free FSD to ALL Tesla owners in the US. I am still waiting for mine, I think. Does anyone know if Tesla sends out a notice to install it, or if it is sent OTA automatically, or just how do you know when you get yours? I see a lot of write ups from people...

    About Insurance Rates

I have looked at the last 6 months of my billing from USAA, and there are 4 different amounts that I was charged during that time. My billing amount is automatically deducted EACH MONTH, and I can understand some small 'adjustments', but these are large differences.

    About Insurance Rates

I just saw a writeup on the TV news about car manufacturers selling info from different car computers to insurance companies. This included hard acceleration, top speeds, and hard braking. Well, after 2 years of slight changes in my insurance premiums, I took my car to the local drag strip...

    ??? Red Skunk ???

Another Tesla owner says my car looks like a red skunk! What do you think?

    Question on Tesla Wheel Covers

I am wondering if the wheel covers that come on the 19" Model Y will fit onto the 19" Tempest wheels on the Model S. I know that the bolt patterns are different, but not sure if that affects the outside wheel covers. What are your thoughts?

    About Holiday Software

Maybe Tesla should hire a software company to teach them how to route emails.

    About Holiday Software

I have been waiting (Impatiently) for my new Holiday Software update, which hasn't come to me yet. This morning I got an email from Tesla saying that it is NOW downloading. It said to receive it, press the little yellow download arrow on the screen. Where is this little arrow, I can't find...

Anyone Else Ordering New Tesla CCB Pads?

I had run my car at the 1/4 mile dragstrip, and noticed that the brakes did start to fade a bit after a couple of back-to-back runs. I understand that is normal on the older brakes, and hope the newer ones will help.

Anyone Else Ordering New Tesla CCB Pads?

I have a 2022 Model S Plaid which has the standard (for then) brake setup. I saw where the newer models, starting in January 2023, now come equipped with CCB pads and red painted calipers. I went to my service center and ordered the newer CCB pads only, because I understand that the calipers...

    Limited Upgrade?

Yesterday morning when I checked my Tesla app, I noticed that 2023.38 was available so I installed it in my car. I checked the Teslafi site but did not see it there, which I thought was strange. I ran some errands and the only thing that I noticed that was different is that a noise came from...

Plaid performance brake pads from tesla

Here is a copy of my order for the new pads. If the originals were 'complete trash' you would probably have a class action lawsuit against Tesla. As far as warranty. I think that using Tesla parts would not void anything. However, when using after market parts, then good luck when dealing with...

    Perforated Seat Tearing

Here is the number on the invoice: 1608642-01-D. Remember, the Plaid is different than the long range. They called this 1st row seat cushion trim assembly - left hand - performance white. Hope this helps.
