Had this recurring loose bolt problem for the last 100,000+km. After replacing the bolt (multiple service appointments to diagnose root cause) which kept recurring Tesla just tighten it each time & send me on my way which ended up causing the subframe to give out.
NUTHPT M12x1.75 [10]-G720...
It's a pretty windy hilly road all the way.
Left clare with 400km & went 2 Hornsdale then back home (300km trip all up) & had 40km range left so 60km gap.
Decided 2 go all the way & check out Hornsdale after a quick Clare supercharge & lunch @ Mr Micks.
Approx 5km unsealed dirt road = 1 dirty Sparky. o_O
Drove past the battery farm then into i think private property to get up close to the wind turbines.
Man those things are huuuge!
What's even better is i really didn't need the charge!
Only stopped in to make sure it was online.:p
Quick topup @ Mr Micks then went onto the battery farm. (Posting on other thread soon).
Was a great day - 400+km round trip. Easy as pie!
Luv this car.
LOL!!!
I had exactly the same thoughts!
The Eagle RSA are 98V (750kg @ 240km/hr)
98Y (750kg @ 300km/hr)
102Y (850kg @ 300km/hr)
So either is above what came with Sparky.
I just asked for Primacy 3 & ended up with Primacy3 ST 102W.
Just got a set of Michelin Primacy 3 fitted after 50,000+km on the Goodyear Eagle RSA's. Loving them so far - like floating on air but glued to the road even in the wet!
As long as the wear live is there I'll be a happy camper!
