I was just looking at the supercharger map on tesla.com where it talks about another potential site. The gray pin is near Wads and I-70. It says coming 2020 right now. Of course it could be the case that Tesla removes that from their map. Not sure why they haven't if they just built a site...

The is very cool. I'm not far away either. I just noticed today on my App that there was a Lakewood Charger. 16 Chargers and 250kW ... yes sir! Looks like they have one planned for south of I-70 on Wads as well at some point. But this is great news. Low chance of ICEing, lots of Chargers...

Congrats! Just took delivery of my P3D- car (w 18s) as well. Definitely do a very thorough look through of the car, even if the Delivery "Specialist" is trying to rush you or otherwise being a bit of a dweeb. I found some things, all relatively minor, wrong with the car. Nothing that hampers...

It's so confusing. In the end, they are shipping the car to me in Colorado. It says delivery is on Sept 20th, but I don't have my MVPA to give to my bank yet, who has approved an auto loan for more than I'll need, and I'll probably borrow the max allowable at 3.5% over 6 years. Should avoid...

Tax is based on where you live and register the car, not where you pick it up at.

To All thinking about chat ... Tesla's chat client is really, really basic. It's clear that from the hiding and lack of sophistication of the chat client, that Tesla either doesn't want this to be a main means of communication, or simply can't staff it. If you find the "secret" hidden chat...

To add to the post above, the chat option doesn't show up until after you select a topic, and put some text in the free text field. At least in my experience so far, recently.

Open the Javascript console. It has a Queue Position field, which tells you where you are in line when you made the initial chat request. It doesn't update though.

They will ship the car to Colorado for $1000. At that price, it makes sense not to fly out, and then drive home. Or at least it's close. Time is money. Honestly for me, $2k or $4k, I wouldn't do that delivery fee, and would do as I planned here. That's on top of the original $1200 doc or...
