Canadian Model 3 delieveries with LPF packs?

Hopefully they bring in LFP soon. From what I've read, the advantages of being able to charge to 100% regularly is pretty amazing. And the cold weather penalty is not even 10% under most conditions.

    LFP battery in Model 3

I would think it's positive, as you can charge your LFP batteries to 100% without damaging/wearing them out.

2021+ Model S LR Delivery Tracking

Any chance that the Model S brings in an LFP battery soon? Is it worth holding out for that due to the better battery? I value charging to 100% regularly.

    LFP battery in Model 3

Is the consensus that the LFP battery is the one to get, if given the option? I value being able to charge my battery to 100% regularly.

    Roadster 2023

Love it! I was going to buy the Plaid MS, but now I think I'll hold off another 20 months until the Roadster is ready. It'll be a MUCH better car overall than the MS I suspect.

No can drive: "the electrical system is unable to support all features"

It's so sad how Tesla seems to be getting worse and worse in terms of quality.

Canada Model S Plaid and LR orders and deliveries!

I suspect that you won't receive it until early to mid 2022.

    Carvana/Carmax alternative in Ontario?

I'd say that the Autotrader instant cash offer is likely just as good as CarMax and Carvana.

No can drive: "the electrical system is unable to support all features"

Thanks for the follow up! Oooof, I can't think of anything worse than an out of warranty Tesla lol.

Proof of insurance for a test drive?

I'm also in Alberta right now (Edmonton), and no, they did not ask me for insurance. Just my license.

Tesla Non-Refundable Order Fee Increased to $250

Agreed. It may be YMMV, but it does appear to be a deposit for most people, not a fee.

    Financing Tesla vehicles in Canada

Agreed. The SR+ is the best value, if you care about range on a single charge, and if you want to save $5,000. Otherwise, you're just buying into Tesla's marketing on their so called "long range" model 3 lol.

    Financing Tesla vehicles in Canada

It means that the SR+ gets better mileage on a single charge than the LR or P. Since the LR and P have two motors, you can't go as far on a charge as the SR+, in the real world. This has been proven in real world tests online.

Tesla Non-Refundable Order Fee Increased to $250

Yup! It's not as if any one is out any additional money in the end if they buy a car with this increase from $100 to $250. You get it back.

    Order fee refund

Agreed. Tesla is terrible to work with to get a deposit refund. I have previously disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they did a chargeback from Tesla.
