Proceed with 2016 MODEL X order or wait for 2017 model?

My question to you would be: why did you order the car a few days ago when you have these concerns ?

    EU finalize and deliveries

All Tesla staff is working massive overtime to hand over as many cars as possible for Q3. So my delivery was scheduled for second week of October (as of last week) but was brought forward today to September 29 or 30. Jippieh, that's next week. So excited !

What about roughly 10% more than with a P90DL.:)

Yes, of course. But I thought that all ships with Teslas go to Rotterdam.

Why can Tesla not do this?

What is the depreciation of a Tesla after 2 or 3 years ? And I refer to owned cars. Where I live, this would be around 30% after 3 years and less after two years. I used to drive cars that usually lost 50% and more in that period. What is the depreciation of a Tesla Model S in the US after 2 and...

Belgium ? What is your car doing there ? I thought they get assembled in Tilburg/Netherlands and from there straight to your SeC. And it takes nearly three weeks to get a finished car from Belgium/Netherlands to Switzerland ? What are they doing ? Rolling it by hand ?

Why can Tesla not do this?

Oh, I thought you meant OTA updates with your description of "new features being released every week". If you're indeed refer to hardware upgrades then I think your expression used is a bit exagerated. Yes, we see hardware improvements and probably faster than with any other carmaker. But to...

Why can Tesla not do this?

I always find it strange when people start complaining about 'new features being released every week' and see that as a negative. I see OTA improvements as something very positive and unique. Which other car gets better over time and can activate new features for free. And with any other car...

Model X Founder Series - Facts

I'm so sorry for you and I don't think this was the right way of doing it, especially not for the Founder's owners. Give the "early adopters" some extra credit, as happened in the past.

Model X Founder Series - Facts

Upgrade procedure for Europe is now confirmed, relevant date is the DELIVERY date, NOT the PRODUCTION date, meaning: 1) X not being delivered (but production finished): €10.900, delivery as P90DL, upgrade to P100DL beginning in January 2017 2) X being delivered: €22.000, upgrade to P100DL...

What did you hear in Sweden about the upgrade procedure and the prices ? There seems to be a lot of uncertainty still in the different countries.

Tesla did the right thing got my P100D

Gotcha. Would be the faster way to get a P100DL for sure, but you would loose the deposit, right ?

    EU finalize and deliveries

My X is on a ship now and I got comfirmation from my DES that the 100kWh upgrade will be retrofitted in January 2017 when the first upgrade packs are available in Europe. Cost for the upgrade will be €10.900 (paid at time of upgrade), because the X hasn't been delivered yet. Battery swap will be...
