  • Hey zwede, was at your post since I have a similar problem

    Had a question on your weld job: did you build up the bolt itself, or the metal part of the bushing? Sounds like the bolt ... but then I'm not sure if you built up "underneath" or extended the diameter. Any pictures or clarity would be awesome.

    I built up the edge of the eccentric washers making them wider (increase diameter). The washer fits in a slot which is a fixed part of the frame. Turning the bolt rotates the washer moving it in and out. But there is slop between the washer and the slot (washer is a little too small diameter).
