My car has a vibration between 75 and 80 MPH. It's not severe, but definitely noticeable, at least to the driver. I'm not too worried about it, but i would love to know what's causing it.

I will drive mine until the battery degradation becomes intolerable. Once that happens, rather than spending $12k on a new battery, I'll use that as the down payment for a new Tesla.

My brain can't grasp switching sides of the road like that. I've driven in Japan, and that was a pretty unnerving experience. Even being a passenger on the "wrong side" of the road makes me nervous. Your trip looks fun as hell though! I would love to visit Europe one day.

Taking a look at Teslafi this morning, it seems like just AP 2.5 people are getting 2018.39.4 so far. Just some speculation on my part: we'll see 2018.40.x rolling out to the masses end of this week or beginning of next week.

What's the order of operations for an update? Is it download update > notify user > install when users says so or is it notify user > download update when user says so > install after download

If the car doesn't say "P85" then it's not the performance model. When I was shopping for a used MS I was giving various VINs to my insurance company. All of them showed up as "performance" for some reason. Oddly enough, the P85D ended up being cheaper to insure.
