Ah Mike, that's exactly what my power wall was doing right after install because the current clamps were misconfigured: It would start emptying the PW as fast as it could as soon we entered peak period (10KW solid until empty (well until reserve effectively, which was set to 10%))

Yeah typically if your mac address changed, the dhcp server would not find the reservation for your device and give you a new address...

Ok, after 1h15 on hold, I got to speak to someone who was quite helpful! Apparently my system was misconfigured and he was able to tweak some stuff that should help. He said it would need 24h to be taken into account, but he will monitor and call me back if all is not resolved...

Hey, did you have to call them or it just got fixed spontaneously? I have a similar problem I think... Solar production at night and my house consumption weirdly tracking my solar generation... My installer says there is no problem because clamps are factory installed... :(
