Strange Behavior (Fresh Install)

In addition to "flipping" the CTs, you can configure which ones are "site" and "solar" so they could have fixed it all remotely...

Hey, did you have to call them or it just got fixed spontaneously?
I have a similar problem I think... Solar production at night and my house consumption weirdly tracking my solar generation... My installer says there is no problem because clamps are factory installed...

They can come from the factory mis-wired, do not ask how I know.

Ok, after 1h15 on hold, I got to speak to someone who was quite helpful! Apparently my system was misconfigured and he was able to tweak some stuff that should help. He said it would need 24h to be taken into account, but he will monitor and call me back if all is not resolved...
