Absolutely...this came from a model X. Will absolutely work with a Model S (actually better for the Model S/X given their bigger battery sizes). Pm me if you are interested.

Not exactly sure. But I do know that if you use this to charge with a M3, you'll get 37 miles charged per hour vs the 30 miles charged via Gen 2 charger.
