Trouble is that it is a "P" and you purchased it used. There is a possibility that this may have been a pre-condition by the other owner, driving it hard? Brakes are never really a warranty "thing" unless a blatant error is perceived. They fall under the "wear & tear" category, IMO.

They aren't. They just sit there. Some mats have a "hook & eye" style underside (think Velcro®), like the Spyder 3D ones I have. They sit there quite nicely.

Have you tried tried to unpair your phone entirely from the car? I meant BT and Phonekey. Then start the process over again. Might fix it. Good luck.

IMHO it doesn't look that bad really. I'd be more concerned about alignment as it looks sort of like a swipe. You'll probably need to go through their insurance. The repair would probably show in Carfax® and might not impact you as long is it was done at an authorized repair shop. Best of luck.

Tesla has been announcing that they are moving closer towards non-Tesla, service centers, and offering training to other garages. At least this is what I recall reading recently. I think we will see more and more of these third-party garages offering better rates for battery replacements, etc...

Assuming that you are under warranty, here is my fave expression, “make it Tesla’s problem”. They should have. Loaner for you, etc. Also I am not sur an alignment is needed after this unless it needed it from before. Out of caution I would have that checked too. Best of luck.

It did not, it was a Gen3. I had to get the Gen4 ECU from someone with connections into Tesla parts. It really was not that simple. But I do understand your point.

I'm not so certain. the airbags didn't deploy and possibly, neither your pyro fuse. There does not appear to be any fluids from the BMS so I'm inclined to think it is fixable. How much, remains the big mystery, but it won't be cheap, I'm sure.
