I have basic Autopilot on my recent Model 3 SR+, and there are certain corners on the highway here where Autopilot always seems to have problems with. The turns are too sharp for the system to handle so it would always disengage around those bends. Would getting the FSD package help with this...

When I asked about opting-out, a Tesla staff stated that there's no arbitration process in Canada and that there is no need to opt-out, but I didn't see Canada being mentioned in that section. Is it true that there is no arbitration in Canada?

I discovered today that the name used for wire transfers is "Tesla Motors Canada ULC". Did others use this name too? I read that the ULC structure only exists in Alberta, Nova Scotia and BC.

Do Canadian buyers have to pre-pay for the car prior to delivery, or can they just bring a bank draft on the same day? Also, since the deposit is "fully refundable" but new cars are no longer eligible for returns, does that mean any payment beyond the initial deposit is non-refundable?

BCAA replied that that their listed trims would be the same as ICBC's, which should allow for verification.

Maybe they don't care, but the legal department might use a different battery size to deny coverage if inclined. I'm asking BCAA whether an ICBC agent would be able to verify the written model name at the time of delivery. Sorry I couldn't access your profile, says it's limited.

Thanks. It's ambiguous for BCAA to write "50" without units. I ordered a SR+ (don't have it yet). I didn't know the battery rating because it was not obvious on Tesla's page. I am curious, how would I be able to show/prove that the battery is indeed 50 kwh?
