Although, I didn't manually confirm--that button was there for me to use if I choose to do such. It was right on the front page of MyTesla under where it showed my VIN number. I think it first showed up after I entered some of the requested information including my driver's license information.

One would like to think if two different electricians looked at it and they understand what you are going to use it for, then the wire must be fine. Also, true if it is 10AWG and you limited the car to only drawing 30--then you most likely should be fine. Unless you have a surge or three years...

30 AMP can go over 10 AWG wiring 40AMP can go over 8 AWG wiring 50AMP can go over 6 AWG 60-95AMP needs 2 AWG 95-125AMG needs 1 AWG If they originally wired for 30AMP they may have only used 10AWG!!
