Turandot is still heading south. A bit mad to travel down the coast, and then do a u-turn back to Brisbane, burning lots of fuel in the process!

Both Grand Mirafiori and Paganella have arrived at PK. Turandot on its way to PK, by the looks of it. There will be a flood of deliveries by the end of March (fingers crossed)!

Sydney order, EDD changed to March 26 to March 31, just check RAV database, and my car is there! I still think it is on the Turandot.

I have same EDD. Currently assuming that our cars are on the Turandot (scheduled to dock in Brisbane on 13/3, then onwards to Port Kembla), so I'm guessing ETA for our cars in Sydney will probably be at the tail end of March.

Thinking of going to Fully Charged Sydney. Anyone else going, and do you think it is worth it? Tickets are a bit pricey... $50 General Admission.

My novated lease provider (sgfleet) sent through a NV quote, containing some items which I don't think is required. Specifically "Estimated Fuel", Roadside Assistance" and "Carbon Offset" (it's already a zero emission vehicle). The MY comes with 4 years roadside assistance, right?

You did not say what excess you had selected on the quote. The higher the excess, the lower the premium.

IMO, the 'imperilled' argument is a furphy (red-herring). It's about what is correct under the law and constitution. If it does 'imperil' other state taxes, so be it.

Once they have your order, they've got you, especially the non-refundable order fee. I wonder if this is in breach of the consumer laws of Australia.

I'm curious why Tesla puts cars in the inventory, when they could have used those cars to fulfill current waiting orders. Clearly, there is a waiting list of orders.

It shouldn't. I'm guessing all cars have FSD/EAP software, just not activated if not ordered and paid for.

They could have made it easier by making it an income tax deduction. One per taxpayer. But I get that the government also wants to help the finance industry with all the fuss around novated leases.

If I had to choose, I'd choose USS over a cargo cover. It feels like we are going backwards.
