My wife has it mainly with Slacker radio. I believe she’s also had it happen occasionally with FM radio. I rarely listen to Slacker anymore but never experienced it with my model 3.

It’s always good to time stamp when these incidents happen so they can verify when they run a diagnostic. I usually take a photo with my phone which already does the time stamp.

Update: I got my car back and was told it was the 12V battery that was bad. The car fully functions now. I’m not sure if the A/C issue that caused the condensation are related to the 12V battery or something else. Hopefully Tesla is able to look at the history of the vehicle to determine the cause.

I also had this happen twice. The first time was a month or two ago and I got it again today. If it’s only happened twice I’m wondering if it needs recalibration. As soon as you put the car in park the notification goes away.

I’ve had similar issues with my screen not responding when I press buttons. It’s frozen for about a minute before I can do anything. Seems to be a recent bug as I never really had this issue usually occurs when the cars been asleep for a while. I’m on firmware 2021.4.12.
