Oh I see. I think the other problem is it's showing the $5k EV and IZEV incentives, but only $5k is applied. If I change my downpayment to $32000 ($11k cash, $12.2k trade-in, $8k QC EV incentive) I'm down to a financed amount of ~24k, which is what I would have expected. Thanks for the help!
