Tesla's Cost breakdown makes no sense to me (Canada/QC)

I'm probably misunderstanding something, but I'm having a hard time working out the cost on a Tesla Model 3 SR+ in Canada.

For starters, I'm in QC and it's showing $5k and $5k in incentives, though in QC I should be getting $5k and $8k.

Second, it seems my $11k downpayment isn't reflected anywhere in the price.

Third, my $12,000 trade in should save me some money in sales tax, but I don't know if that's already reflected (it looks like it might be, but it's not explicit).

And finally, given $60,718 - $11000 (downpayment) - $13000 (incentives) - $12200 (trade-in), my monthly payments are absolutely not $518, but should be closer to $285.

Can someone help me unscramble this?

according to this you are going to get paid $1200 to drop your car off.
your down payment should be $23000 which would include your trade in equity.
Oh I see. I think the other problem is it's showing the $5k EV and IZEV incentives, but only $5k is applied. If I change my downpayment to $32000 ($11k cash, $12.2k trade-in, $8k QC EV incentive) I'm down to a financed amount of ~24k, which is what I would have expected.

Thanks for the help!
