If you didn’t get this documented as part of due bill upon delivery, you’ll need to be firm with Tesla on repairing this. Appears to be a defect for sure IMO.

I have one piece Xpel. No issues and looks clean. I really think it depends on installer experience. Pre-cut kits are easier to install I think, but having seams doesn’t look great IMO. Same with rear window tint. Many installers do two piece jobs. Less expensive, but has a seam.

Yes, you should have one on each side; driver and passenger. When I took delivery of my Pearl White M3P it only had one too. Took it to service center and they stuck the other one on. Not too big a deal, just annoying to take delivery and have to go back for something missing. Cheers-

I went in to SC for trim adjustment and asked about my spoiler (April 2019 Delivery) and the advisor said they had one there. Took 20 min and now I have my spoiler and think it looks great! If I hadn't asked I doubt I would have it on. May be worth a shot at your local service center.

If they did drive it there should be dashcam footage even though sentry was over-written. If they curbed it it should show on dashcam repeater I would think.

If in SD I would recommend 5 Point Auto Spa. I just had full front (bumper, hood, fenders, all lights, mirrors and luggage area) done for way less than that and their work was spot on.
