a word of advice don't update the firmware anymore. The later you have, the more hard for anyone to change the region.

If you need paid service. They will do it for you. But say if you need battery replacement for free then I can confirm they won't do it for you for free. But they will still service at at their normal standard price. Get whatever you need done in HK first then ship it to UK
