Has there been any update to this situation? My wife has mentioned just today, our '23 X has had the seat move up, down, forwards and backwards randomly twice now, both while doing 70 mph on the express way with our 2 year old in the backseat. I am not at all thrilled with this, for obvious reasons.

UPDATE: This morning (11/16) I received a text stating the firmware pushed to the X overnight and we're safe to come take delivery. We did with success around noon, outside of Chicago. Fit and finish looks great, drives straight, very nimble for such a heavy/large vehicle. I actually don't mind...

It does say 11/16 in my account/app. In text with my advisor, they mentioned I am still on for tomorrow (Wednesday). Thing is, the first time I was rescheduled, it was the day of and I was already enroute to pick up the X (and subsequently, had to turn around). So, time will tell.

Yes, I received a call yesterday and they said the firmware update should be ready by the 16th (so, tomorrow, Wednesday) so I have a tentative pick up date then. I won't hold my breath, but here's to hoping.

Same here. Was supposed to take delivery of my 2023 Model X today, 1130am CST. Was 1.5 hours into the drive to pick it up and received a phone call essentially informing to turn around and go home due to the same "firmware update". I think what's frustrating is in my small 2 day (weekday)...
