MYLR/7 seat/white/black/Gemini/FSD Got my first 2 weeks window 05/11-05-25. Previously 05/08 to 06/05.

Mine showing 2-6 weeks for more than a month now. Thinking to jump to AWD option. But gonna wait until Q1 2022. They’ve honored the 2019 pricing previously, if I remember correctly from the posts by members here.

Got Estimated delivery on my Model Y LR RWD. April 2019 reservation!!

I’m also going to do the waiting game as I’m not in a hurry. However, it should be noted that MIC models have better build quality than Made in the USA. I wouldn’t bother about where it’s being made. It could even be from Made in Germany (coincides with October production timeline). Who knows...

CS keeps telling they have no idea about LR RWD. What you mean by “Executed order”?

Tesla China filed to produce new configuration including MY LR RWD. I’m confident that they’ll introduce LR RWD by October for American markets!!

I believe they’ll be making LR RWD out of Austin Gigafactory. My order shows “On hold until Oct 05 2021”. Fingers crossed!

I spoke to Customer support. They are saying someone put my order on hold. But they have no idea about if it’s coming out in October. Asked me to check back in October

MY LR RWD 7 rez here.. called customer support to get the price adjusted. They said they don’t have Option to edit the design even on their end and there are no price reduction for LR RWD (FSD increased $2k since I’ve ordered though). They ask me to not to change the configuration.. Hopefully...

It’s NOT $990 more.. for those who did say 1 reservation (like me), you have to pay $2000 (FSD Price increase since then)+ $990 ( Jan’20 price increase)+$4500 AWD upgrade.. total $7490.. That’s why I’m mad as tesla has made no official communication to LR RWD reservation holders..

Just because he started the thread he got the call. Or he a Tesla bot? I’m in contact with many RWD holders in Twitter. No one got a call including me..

I don’t think Tesla will cheat on LR RWD for SR. My take is Tesla is pushing people indirectly to jump the ship from RWD to AWD. Once they have final numbers on RWD, they will decide if making LR RWD worth the money (with separate lines in manufacturing for limited edition). Then either will...

I'm on LR RWD 7 Seater pre-order. Makes things more complex. I hope they update something. I'm not ready to pull the trigger on AWD. As the pre-order was in May 19. If I pull the trigger then I'll end up paying $1990 ($1000 - FSD, $990 recent price rise) + AWD price difference.

I’m in the same boat. I wish Tesla gives some update on LR RWD. Doesn’t matter if they come late. Atleast it will give an expected timeframe..

That sounds more logical. I guess they are also pushing the new orders with AWD to tune more profits. Also RWD will become limited edition like M3 RWD and converted to MY SR+ later when MY SR being marketed

I agree. But they will weigh between costs on producing limited LR RWD vs AWD. They have to have separate lines in production for LR RWD. note that SR or SR+ not in discussions yet. They have the numbers of orders. They’ll figure out either producing RWD or upgrading RWD orders to AWD makes them...

I agree with you. I’m on the same boat. To make it worse I’m on LR RWD 7 Seater pre-ordered in May’19. It’s Tesla’s fault if they can’t make what they promised. They should honor or come up with a deal that works for both parties.

If you Update Design now, you’ll end up paying latest price on it. Based on the time of your pre-order it could be $990, $1990 or $2990 more + AWD price.. stay with your configuration, unless you really want AWD and sooner delivery..
