I went by Thanksgiving afternoon and tested myself. Greenwise was closed so parking lot was empty but it's working.

I agree with the ICE potential. I went by the other day mid-afternoon and all 8 spots were full. These parking spaces are way to close to the store entrance and will very tempting for ICE drivers.

You might be able to find your VIN in the page source. My VIN showed up there a few hours before my account page changed to "Pay your remaining balance". In any event, it definitely shows progress!!
