They updated mine without any hassle, I chatted online and emailed my delivery center. My update showed the trial download but my autopilot screen does not mention trial and is just normal AP and does not have summon, etc. Loving the car, cannot believe i waited so long to pull the trigger...

Had to do a soft reset because the same trial update was on the screen for hours. Screen rebooted on its own after the soft reset and I am now seeing AP functionality and used it on the way home tonight. Is there any way to determine if this is just the trial or if this is a permanent fix?

Thanks scott7, support said they would fix it so fingers crossed. If diamond.g is right, and I somehow paid for a car without autopilot despite the configuration I will just return it.

Car was built in April, I ordered with an advisor at a Tesla location and he immediately matched me to a vehicle nearby and they shipped it here.

MVPA attached. It does not say Autopilot, but please notice my order date of 5/3/19. As I've said multiple times in step 4 of the order process it was there and not even removable.

Chatted with Tesla support, yikes. They have escalated the issue and do not know when it will be fixed. I asked for them to send me an email confirming that they will add Autopilot. The rep would not send me an email with the confirmation, just said I would get an email when it was fixed, but...
