This thread is for the general discussion of the marketplace listing 2019 Tesla Model 3 RWD - 24k miles, Immaculate. Please add to the discussion here.
Selling my 2019 Tesla Model 3 RWD. The car is in immaculate condition. I am the original owner.
Price is $24,999 firm, which make it eligible for the $4,000 used EV tax credit, bringing the net price to $21,000. The sale will be made through KeySavvy, which provides buyers with the EV tax...
In 2023, my AGI was below the $300k MFJ limit. I'm purchasing a Model 3 in 2024 and intend to take the POS tax credit. It is possible that my AGI exceeds $300k this year (2024). If it does exceed the limit, will I have to repay the tax credit when I file my 2024 taxes in early 2025?
Most people use 18x8.5 +35 or +40 (Model 3 Aero wheels).
As it relates to Model 3 Aero wheels, make sure you get the "gen 2" wheels that have a higher 750kg load rating. The original Aero wheels are below the required load spec.

On the outside, it's a similar approach to the "legacy" P, except they plan to differentiate it with unique front/rear fascias. Same body/fenders as non-P. I'm more curious what they are doing under the hood in terms of power electronics and suspension.
Temperature seems to be a major factor.
I just do what we know works for Li-ion cells... avoid, where possible, high extended temps and high SOC. You will always find me parked under shade if possible haha.
Coming up on 5 years with my 2019 SR+ (Panasonic 2170 cells... the good ones).
After a couple deep discharges and charges to over 90%, I'm sitting at ~5% degradation.
Over its life, the car has been charged to about 60% on average, daily. I charge higher as needed. Less than 10 total...
Nice. As soon as I get a Highland Model 3, it will be lifted. I want the ground clearance of Model Y without getting a Model Y. My wife has a Y, and I really don't like it compared to my 3.
It appears that CT is using the same onboard bi-directional charger for outlets/powershare as well as charging. Therefore, it's most likely limited to charging at 48A.

If I'm interpreting Kyle's tweet below correctly, the system works as I suspected: the outlets do NOT work while charging, since the truck is using the same bi-directional OBC for charging and outlets.
