Looks like they did a great job! Thanks a lot for the follow up and info...that helps me out a lot. I'll go ahead and try calling them tomorrow to get something scheduled!
Thanks @ualdriver ! I'm in the same boat... crown customs and everywhere seem very backed up. Let me know how it turns out. Also, how backed up is Mr Kustom?
1. Did you have to schedule far out in advance?
2. what was pricing?
Let us know how it turns out! Wishing you the best!
Hope it's ok to start a thread about this...I figured it's a one of a kind setup and is worth sharing. Anyways, working in IT, I'm always used to having lots of monitors around me, so I used two of these clamps: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GVF445X

In my case, I had two estimates given to me. One directly from the Tesla collision repair center in Elk Grove, and one from Gerber. Turns out they were almost the same price.
The customer service at the Elk Grove center is the best I've had from any company, shop or store, that I've ever...
Just updating a post I put out earlier on this issue: long story short, the problem went away while it slept overnight.
Also...I know its a bit off topic, but the same solution (letting it sleep overnight) fixed a problem I had when I overloaded the 12v cigarette lighter...it stopped outputting...
Update from my previous post...It did seem to fix itself after it entered deep sleep. For me, that meant charging overnight and it fixed itself by morning.
Also, a bit off topic, I tripped/overloaded the 12v socket the other week and it stopped outputting power. That too fixed itself by...
I've read the entire forum and tried all possible solutions but unfortunately none worked for me. Reaching out to touch law they told me as well that it is a known bug and they're working on a fix. Whether or not it is an actual known issue (and not just an escape from anomalies they don't know...
