Good move - they're trying to manage expectations. I can imagine that will also help the volume of calls they've been receiving. They'll probably have to do something similar in August after the first week too to continue expectation management :D

Yes the tow hitch was an option when I put my UK order in. I'm very envious of how quickly all our U.S. friends are getting their deliveries when ordering 2-3 weeks ago! It makes sense to push orders out closer to home given it's almost end of the quarter. Fingers crossed after this mad week...
