Funny you write this up. I just had the same issue. I was told they would ship me a new one this past week. I got no email, so I reached out to them only to be told they want more pictures. I’m waiting again. Fingers crossed.

I just re-flashed mine for other reasons (missing video files in the recording), and it seems to work fine with 2022.8.3.

If you are using TeslaMate, try disabling Streaming API. This may affect it.

I meant to say, I stopped the seat about an inch from reaching the end and saved it as my profile.

It ended up working after a few days. Now, I leave an inch spacer. hope this helps

Not sure if it will work for you, but, I use unscented baby wipes on my white seats. They work great for normal “stains”.
