Hi all - does anyone know of a way to trigger the LTE to try to reconnect after sitting in a deadzone for a long period of time? My M3 sometimes reconnects and sometimes doesn't for the entire drive back home. Only a soft reset seems to do the trick. Thanks

The Sentry mode bug has been existing for the last couple updates, still no ETA from tesla. It's preventing the car from sleeping which is causing AP to crash. Turn off sentry mode or exclude from home and let the car sleep. AP should come back after 15-20 mins.

I have had the same issue the last few days. Park in a deadzone garage for work and LTE does not reconnect after driving home (15-20) minutes, would need to do a soft reboot to fix it.

Chat usually goes through for me. It usually takes 20-25 minutes and I just leave it up. I did learn that when you make a service appt in the app, it will kick off troubleshooting processes and they will either remotely diagnosis the issue and fix, send a mobile repair and as a last resort ask...
