Practically brand new. 33xx easy miles. I went 245 because the stock Michelins are actually wider than other 235 tires. Also a touch more sidewall isn’t a bad thing for all-season tires that may see some snow.
FOR SALE: 2 sets of Performance wheels - Baltimore, MD.
1) Silver 20” Performance wheels wrapped in the stock Michelin Pilot Sport 4S summer 235-35-20 tires. 3332 miles on this set. No curb rash. Like new. TPMS installed. $1700 picked up. Will ship at cost.
2) Silver 20” Performance wheels...
It’s a fantastic car. I just miss driving stick sometimes. And since I also have a 2017 Audi Q7, I’m thinking of getting a project car to drive a couple days a week.
I’m also coming from manuals and prefer no creep, but I don’t hate it. I just think if you’re used to manuals, it feels as close as you can get in a transmission-less car.
This enthusiasm over Spotify is perplexing as Tesla is light years behind every other manufacturer that has Android Auto or CarPlay, which *gasp* let’s you control a ton of music apps like Spotify, Amazon Music, Pandora, etc. with car controls. Not to mention Waze, text via audio, etc.
Tesla...
Owings Mills here, too. Weird. Here is the message about it:
“After discussing the situation with the mobile team and service center, it has been decided that this will require a trip to the service center and cannot be done by our mobile team. The cost will be 87.50 1/2 hour labor as long as...
I just installed the Homelink module today. I was hoping to figure out some sort of shortcut, but came up empty and took off the front bumper.
My Tesla Service Center says it’s 1/2 hour of labor, $87.50 (!), to perform the software update and it can’t be done with mobile service.
Super noisy, especially obnoxious when decelerating or moving slowly. They developed flat spots overnight that took a while to smooth out every morning.
These could look good as a P3D+ winter wheel set - especially with a white car. Specs look good at 20x8.5, 5x114.3, et35, 27 lbs, and only $640 on eBay. Just needs 3mm spacers and hub centric rings.
And beefier sway bar, slightly lower ride, aluminum pedals, and all the floor mats, including the frunk. I don’t believe LR AWD comes with that.
Also, tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 4S summers (235-35-20)
2013 6MT Audi S4 (dual pulley) to 2019 P3D+. I wonder if I’ll missing rowing gears in a couple months. It’s the first time in 15 years there isn’t an Audi in the garage. I thought for months I’d be getting an Audi RS3, but went with the Tesla instead. I feel the biggest thing missing with the...
He’s not entirely wrong. Just as someone that says EVs are better for the environment is not entirely right or wrong.
It all depends on many factors - the timeframe, the breakdown of methods in which energy fueling your EV is generated, what it is compared against, where and how it was...
Simple wave. When I had a B5 S4 and another was seen, we would often pull over and talk for a bit because they were so rare and the following so strong.
Our 2018 Mazda CX-9 didn’t have it off the lot, but less than a year later, we took it in to get upgraded for $200-300 as it needed some different component.
I miss CarPlay - having Waze on the big screen, Amazon Music, and my text messages read to me is greatly missed! Hopefully Tesla can add it before other manufacturers start rolling out electric models.

I tried without luck. Ended up canceling the Homelink and am currently considering other options. I’m very disappointed Tesla removed the hardware for this and made it such a hassle. If they put the module in the rear view mirror instead of the front bumper, it could be a DIY.
I had to take it to a service center. They said they couldn’t adjust the doors off-site. By taking it in, it was fixed by a body shop guy who does this stuff all the time.
So in this pic (brake line behind front tire), just pushing in the clip really was too much to ask. It looks like something is in the hole, but I’m not sure what.
Currently there are three M3P- at the Owings Mills, Maryland location. Ask for my referral code if you buy one ;-)
Two white M3P- (one even had 19s!) and one red.
Mine has to go back for adjustment :-( I’m really not sure why this wasn’t adjusted prior to picking it up.
Front of the rear door is clearly too high. Hopefully you can see it in this pic.
